Question Block

Me & My Mac Martin Gommel via Compfight

Do we write because we have something to say
Or because we want to say something?

Is our writing about us and our offenses
Or about what our readers care about?

We hold these opinions to be self-evident in our own minds
Give me Wi-Fi or give me some other means to complain.

If there weren’t an internet, would anyone listen to me whine
Or would my very convictions inspire?

If I have nothing to say, will that silence echo loudly
Or will people be glad I shut up?

Am I obsessed with stats, metrics, and Klout
Or am I committed to my tribe.

Or the other person?

Or penitence.

Ideas to process to overcome question block.
And before writing another word.

[Poem #178]
